Las Vegas Real Estate, in the high rise condominium arena, is still very desirable despite all the pundits. An average of over 6,000 people continue to move into the valley each month. Las Vegas remains by far the fastest growing metropolitan area in the country. The economy is diverse, employment is soaring, the tax situation for individuals and businesses continues to be the best in the country, and billions of development dollars are still pouring into Las Vegas into a multitude of projects.

There's an old saying: "follow the money". And especially follow the big money. Ask yourself why MGM commits $7 billion for Project City Center - the most expensive project of its kind in the world. Why is Wynn Resorts building Encore - the $1.5 billion addition to his resort? Why is Las Vegas Sands Corp. spending over $1.7 billion for the Palazzo Hotel, its sister addition to The Venetian Hotel? Why is MGM again expanding the Mandalay Hotel adding new condos? Why is Boyd Group building the $5 billion 64 acre project called Echelon Place? Why is Harrah's Hotel Chain planning a 10 year re-development plan for its properties on The Las Vegas Strip? And Donald Trump built the elegant 64 story golden glass tower across from WYNN & next to the future Echelon Place.
