HOA dues in Trump Las Vegas are the LOWEST of all Vegas Hotel condos, The Studio dues are about $370 per month and the 1 bedrooms double.  The studios are about 510-520 sq. ft. and the 1 bedrooms are larger than those at Signature MGM, ranging from about 910 sq. ft. for the non corner condos to about 930 plus sq. ft. for the corner condos which feature double walls of glass in the bedroom and a big picture window situated above the spa tub in the master bath.

MGM Signature 1 bedrooms range from 847 sq. ft. for the non corner condos to 874 sq. ft. for the corner condos and all MGM Signature 1 bedroom condominiums have balconies. Donald Trump does not like balconies on any of his luxury condos, as he feels they cut the "sit down" views and insurance costs are lower without them.

Palms Place condos have some units with balconies and their studios range around 610 sq. ft. and the 1 bedrooms around 1220 sq. ft. with HOA dues being around $1 psf/month.
