Due to economic conditions, Panorama Tower III Las Vegas Luxury High Rise condos, had been a victim of many pre-construction purchaser cancellations resulting from the lack of financing, and the decline in high rise prices all over Vegas, especially in the sister Towers, Panorama 1 & 2.  ISTAR Financial, the construction lender, became actively involved in  with the sales, and eventually foreclosured upon the developer.  Consequently prices have been drastically reduced from the preconstruction levels and financing for these gorgeous luxury condos with bedazzling strip views is now available with 20-25% down.
