The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas hotel-condos may have newly designed interiors as per the article link above. The Cosmopolitan is in foreclosure status and the bank is paying Perini to continue construction - which is proceeding rapidly as the Harmon Corrifdor and Las Vegas Boulevard leads the strip into a new wave of futuristic architecture.

Are we fading into black and white? I guess during the Las Vegas foreclosure market in 2008, banks are adding the roles of interior designers to their currently overloaded plate. Perini (the Cosmopolitan's General Contractor) has stated that comopletion will be in December 2009. That timeline will coincide with the scheduled grand opening of the luxury high rises at MGM CityCenter. Perhaps these new black & white palette of interiors will set the COSMO apart and into a new design level of the hip & trendy. Only time will tell.
